Ingredients

1 cup The Greater Knead gluten free and top 9 allergen free flour

1 cup chickpea flour

2 medium Zucchinis

2 largePotatoes
-
1 medium Carrot

1 cup corn kernels
-
½ cup Parsley, finely chopped

1 - 2 tbsp jalapenos, finely chopped

1 tsp baking powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic paste
-
1 - 2 tbsp salt (or to taste)

1 tbsp black pepper

Choice of Oil for frying
Directions
Grate the zucchini, carrot, and potato and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Use a couple spoonful’s of water if batter is too thick and does not stick together.
Form 8 large or 16 smaller patties and deep fry or shallow fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
