Closest I've come to a real bagel in over a decade!!
These taste like the real thing -- crispy and crusty on the outside, soft and chewy/doughy on the inside. I have found that it's best if you bake them in a countertop oven to reach prime crispness on the outside and then, if you really want it nice and toasty, flip it over and toast lightly. Perfect addition to my weekend routine!
