Yes, all our products are certified gluten-free by GFCO: Gluten Free Certification Organization. Additionally, our facility is dedicated gluten-free to avoid any cross contact. We also don’t use any high risk ingredients like oats.
We go a step further and are Top 9 Allergen Free, which means we are free from: gluten/wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree-nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame. Read more about allergen control and food safety here.
ALL of our products are free from the Top 9 Allergens in the US (no peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, dairy, soy, fish and shellfish, and sesame). Additionally, In following the EU’s guidelines, we’re also free from mustard, celery and sulfites.

We make all of our products in a dedicated Top 9 Free From Facility so that you don’t need to worry about cross contact with the Top 9 allergens. If you have any allergen concern with something that is not on the top 9, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we try to accommodate as many allergies as we can.
We have a strict Supplier Control Policy following all local and federal regulations to ensure we are creating safe food. Before we allow a new ingredient or vendor into the facility we have a thorough review of all their processes, in particular their Allergen Control program. When possible we source ingredients that are in dedicated Top 9 Allergen-free facilities, or at a minimum require proof of appropriate cleanout before allowing the ingredient to be used in our products. Once we produce our products we send samples, at least annually, to a third party testing lab for all potential allergens of concern. We test for gluten in house based on our requirements per ingredient and finished products by the GFCO.

We now offer free shipping across all 50 States, including Hawaii and Alaska! We ship all frozen packages Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via UPS or FedEx to arrive in 2 days. This will ensure your shipment does not sit at a shipping facility over a weekend. We also strive to get all orders out within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 12 pm EST on Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday.

Bagels and Soft Pretzel Nuggets are shipped frozen with both dry ice (during the summer months) and ice packs in insulated coolers. We calculate the amount of dry ice to dissipate in transit to you. If the product has thawed in transit, simply place the Bagels and/or Soft Pretzel Nuggets into your freezer and prepare from frozen as instructed on the bag. We keep them frozen to avoid them going stale but the bagels and pretzels can be safely consumed after reaching room temperature within 3 days, just refreeze and then prep as instructed on the bag.
Four packs of frozen items is the minimum amount we can effectively ship at this time.
We currently can only ship within the United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. Our Products ship frozen and they will not make it in a timely manner.
Keep frozen until ready to eat. Our preservative-free bagels do not thaw softly on their own. You must reheat them for ultimate softness and texture.
Our PREFERRED METHOD:
- Airfryer: Preheat to 350˚F. Separate bagel into two halves and air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until soft and fully reheated.
ALTERNATE METHODS
- Toaster Oven: Microwave for 60-90 seconds until completely soft throughout. Then, toast for 6-8 minutes, or until the desired level of browning.
- Oven: Preheat to 350˚F and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until soft and fully reheated.
Keep frozen until ready to eat. Moisten pretzels with water, oil or butter & sprinkle with included topping.

- Airfryer: Preheat to 350˚F and air fry for 5-8 minutes, or until soft and fully reheated.
ALTERNATE METHODS:
- Oven: Bake in preheated 350˚F oven for 8-10 minutes, or until soft and fully reheated.
- Microwave: Heat 6 nuggets for 60 seconds, or until completely soft throughout.
Our flour is a great 1-1 flour swap to enjoy Gluten Free baking again. Just about anything is possible! Safely cook and bake Gluten Free for your whole family. Our blend does not contain xanthan gum so just remember to add that if your recipe calls for it.
Our Bagels and Soft Pretzel Nuggets are good for 1 year stored frozen.
Our Bagel Chips are good for 1 year stored at room temperature.
