Gluten Free Black Forest Bagel

2 The Greater Knead bagels
1 cup cherry preserves
1.5 cups whipped cream
½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup dark chocolate, melted
2 tbsp kirsch (optional)
4 tsp butter
¼ cup shaved chocolate or chocolate chips for garnish
Heat a pan and add the butter. Microwave your bagels per instructions and let cool. Optional: Afterwards, toast the Bagel slices and set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and kirsch (if adding) and beat till well incorporated.
Spread the cream cheese and chocolate mixture on each slice of the bagel. Top the bottom slice with whipped cream and a generous amount of cherry preserves. Finish it with some shaved chocolate or chocolate chips, put the top slice on and serve.
