Dip those gluten free spicy buffalo pretzel bites into a bowl of this gluten free beer cheese dip for the ultimate snack! Beer adds a delicious “pub” style flavor to this recipe.

Ingredients

1-2 bags Soft Pretzel Nuggets
- 6 ounces gluten-free beer

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1- 8 ounces pack cream cheese, softened
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese 3 cups, shredded
- Sliced scallion (optional)
Directions
Add beer to a small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a low simmer.
Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Whisk until smooth.
Turn down the heat and add shredded cheese, one cup at a time. Stir until completely blended and cook on low for 2 minutes
Serve with The Greater Knead soft pretzel nuggets and veggies on the side.
