4 – 6 The Greater Knead Garlic Bagels (or your choice)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, mince
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Optional toppings:
Additional fresh herbs of choice (noted above)

- Pickled red onions
Combine cream cheese, herbs, and lemon juice, mixing thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 – 24 hours.
