Easy Gluten Free Bagel Tea Sandwiches

Spring is the perfect time to host a gluten free tea party and all of our flavors of bagels make the perfect canvas for these adorable and tasty sandwiches.
Ingredients

1 Package of The Greater Knead Bagels

1 package of prosciutto
-
½ cup herbed cream cheese (vegan is great)

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
Directions
Cook your bagels according to the package directions.
Slice them into bite size pieces.
Spread the cream cheese onto the bagel, add the cucumber and then prosciutto. Place a toothpick in the middle to hold the sandwich together and serve easily.
Repeat until all of the sandwiches have been made.

Serve immediately. Feel free to use other veggies and toppings such as tomatoes, onions, and hummus,
