Michelle's Favorite Ways to Enjoy a Gluten-free Bagel

I realize that I have amazing perks that come with running a gluten-free bagel brand....UNLIMITED ACCESS TO THE WORLD'S BEST GLUTEN-FREE BAGELS! I don't take this privilege lightly. Don't worry I am willing to share all my favorite ways to enjoy a gluten-free bagel. Here are 3 of my favorite bagel hacks!

TOP WITH COLORED DAIRY-FREE CHEESE AND SPRINKLES

My adorable niece is gluten-free and dairy-free, so sleepovers at Aunt Belle's (my nickname) is always a treat for breakfast. She LOVES icing and sprinkles, but in trying to bridge the balance between fun Aunt and not fueling her morning with sugar only, I mix some natural food coloring with dairy-free cream cheese and then let her top it with sprinkles.

STACKED BAGELS WITH LOX, ONIONS AND TOMATO

My, equally as adorable, husband LOVES his breakfast bagels. He must have all of the toppings: lox, capers, onion, tomato and cream cheese. His favorite bagel is our gluten-free everything bagel, who can argue that decision! We have frequent Sunday bagel brunches, made gluten-free. I typically have the same but sans onion because the thought of smelling like a raw onion all day just isn't as appealing to me, but hey you do want you want.

GLUTEN-FREE BAGEL SANDWICHES FOR LIFE

If you said, sorry Michelle no more sandwich bread, I'd be like no problemo, I have gluten-free bagels for life. I LOVE having a sandwich with a garlic or onion gluten-free bagel and then piling it high with dairy-free cheese, chicken, tomato and avocado. I even toast it a little for that warm sandwich delightfulness!
