“FREE-FROM” PIZZA BAGEL

Prep Time: 15 minutes // Bake Time: 5 minutes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave the bagel for 1 minute.
  3. Separate the bagel, and spread marinara on each half.
  4. Assemble sautéed greens and chopped tomatoes on top of your bagel. Sprinkle with dairy-free cheese.
  5. Place in toaster oven for about 5 minutes, or until desired cheese meltiness.
  6. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 The Greater Knead Plain bagel
  • 1/4 c. marinara sauce
  • 1/2 c. sautéed spinach
  • 1/2 c. dairy-free cheese
  • 1 whole chopped tomato
