- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Microwave the bagel for 1 minute.
- Separate the bagel, and spread marinara on each half.
- Assemble sautéed greens and chopped tomatoes on top of your bagel. Sprinkle with dairy-free cheese.
- Place in toaster oven for about 5 minutes, or until desired cheese meltiness.
