DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat waffle iron
  2. Whisk the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
  3. Let batter rest for about 15 minutes
  4. Make waffles according to your waffle makers directions
  5. Top with your favorite fruit or topping and ENOY!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 3/4 cups of The Greater Knead Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs, beaten (or egg replacement)
