“Free-From” Chocolate Chip Cookie Faux
Prep Time: 10 minutes // Bake Time: 5 minutes
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips, to a food processor, and mix until smooth.
- Add in flax milk while mixing to reach the consistency you desire.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c chickpeas or white beans, drained and rinsed well
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c sunbutter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup allergen-free chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp quick oats (or flaxmeal if oats are not tolerated)
*optional-1/4 cup flax milk/alternative milk (for desired consistency)
